Once you are registered and logged in, you can adjust orders.
Easy, click on the "POST AN AUCTION" button and select categories and enter the datas for the auction.
The auction starts at a price established by the client.
This price is the highest that the client is willing to pay for the work listed.
Then the contractors who are interested in the work may have bid on this job or job competence.
The price drops and at the end of the auction, the client (contracting authority) may decide to whom the job is issued.
The lowest bidder is not automatically the winner !
The client can decide who gets the job whether or not the award of jobs will take place!

After registration or login, you can bid.
You can also enter a comment about your knowledge, skills or equipment to insert your offer, on selected contracts.
Please note that by placing a bid you are entering a binding contract. Once you place a bid, you may not retract it.In other words, if you don't want to do the job, don't bid on it!!!If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract to do the job or service for the client.

As a client you have two ways to award a job. 1.Award the job after the jobauction ended.(Regular)
2.You can end the auction before it runs out and award the job or just stop the auction without awarding it.
If you stop the auction and don`t award the job to anybody,but a contractor already bid on the job,you have to explain why you stopped it.
You can award the job to any contractor that bid on your auction, the lowest bidder doesn`t automatically win.If you don`t award your job to a contractor within 3 days after the auction ended on www.gasnatural.de the system of http//:auction.gasnatural.de will automatically award the job to the lowest bidder!!!
